Report on legal proceedings regarding defamation

Thank you very much for your continued support of Sax Samurai's activities.
Since around December 2024, multiple malicious and defamatory posts directed at me have been confirmed.

Regarding these matters, we had requested assistance from a lawyer and the police, and were proceeding with legal action.

The matter has been amicably resolved out of court following a prompt and sincere apology from the poster, alongside their offer to pay the investigation costs and damages incurred as a result of the response.

On the other hand, it is regrettable that some individuals unfortunately display an attitude that can only be taken as brazen defiance.
For such individuals, criminal penalties are secured by steadily proceeding with criminal complaints.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the court and the local police station for their extremely dedicated response, and for promptly and thoroughly proceeding with the disclosure of sender information and the investigation regarding this matter.

Moving forward, to protect an environment where all related parties and fans can engage in their activities with peace of mind, we will take strict action against malicious defamatory remarks from both criminal and civil perspectives.
